The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, we at ESTEC LIMITED wanted to reach out and update you on how we’ve been approaching the situation
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.
ESTEC LTD is closely monitoring the developing COVID-19 virus situation as it unfolds daily. We can all appreciate the difficulties in predicting the progress of the COVID-19 virus in the coming weeks and months. Please be assured we at ESTEC are taking appropriate steps to enable us to maintain services as far as possible to our customers throughout East Africa, while adopting local government or health authority restrictions and guidance.
Delivery of goods: We are continuing to process orders, however there may be delays in delivery of goods due to the reduced global logistics operations as well as reduced manufacturing capacity from countries in lockdown.
Technical Services: Service works may be delayed as we reduce movement of our technical team to lower the risk of exposure to the virus. Emergency breakdown jobs will be prioritized over routine services and installations. All travel outside of Kenya has been suspended, however we will continue to provide free technical support through our emails and over the phone.
We will continue to monitor and assess the coronavirus situation and adjust our workflow in line with recommendations from the WHO and Kenyan Government officials. We will update all our stakeholders of any changes to our existing service level commitments as the situation develops. ESTEC LTD is committed to serving you and supporting your businesses through this challenging time with minimal disruption. We remain your trusted partner, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
